formation over Nuuk

For major maintenance, the aircraft are dismantled and the paint is removed.

Helicopter flights were and are costly and in the 70s it was decided to establish several airports for fixed-wing aircraft. The Dash 7 aircraft were chosen to take over the S61 route net and today it is still the great workhorse of the domestic route net in Greenland.
